What They Do
ProGeorgia supports and coordinates the civic engagement programs of more than 30 diverse nonprofit organizations across the state, developing the infrastructure, executing the joint strategies, and employing new tools and technology to assure a government that is more responsive to the needs of all.
What We Love
ProGeorgia is a bold and diverse collaborative that champions an equitable and inclusive democracy for, and with, traditionally underrepresented communities. With a focus on voter engagement and issue organizing, they help advance racial equity in Georgia by working toward a more representative democracy – one where communities of color have electoral representation that matches their population in the state. ProGeorgia is a member of the State Voices Network, a new model of cooperation and sharing amongst grassroots groups.
