Southface works to build a regenerative economy, responsible resource use and social equity through a healthy built environment for all. Southface programs, like Grants to Green and the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge, illustrate practical ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through energy and water efficiency upgrades. Southface’s work in low income energy issues, ranging from advocacy for effective weatherization programs to intervening at public utility commissions on behalf of low income consumers, helps ensure just energy for all.

Southface combines solid engineering and building science expertise with 40+ years of experience in community-based education and advocacy.
